- No Intense Activity Until Settled: Avoid any exercise or activity that may induce sweating or pressure in the treated area for 2-3 days. - Attend Your Follow-Up: If your provider suggests doing so, go back for a follow-up, so that you can monitor your progress together and decide whether you need more sessions. Fat loss injections often need more than one round to make a real impact, and reviews can fine-tune the treatment to your body’s response.
- Let Healing Happen Gradually: You might even notice some differences in as little as the early weeks, but the final results in most cases may not appear for at least a year. It takes weeks for the body to naturally flush the broken-down fat. Swelling typically recedes in days, but the internal remodeling continues for much longer
